How do I track my order?
Tracking the status of your order is easy. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our website or the carrier's website to monitor the real-time status and location of your package.

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer a variety of shipping options to cater to different customer preferences. Standard shipping is the most economical choice with a delivery time of 7 days, while expedited shipping provides a faster delivery option at an additional cost.
How much does shipping cost?
During the checkout process, customers can enter their address , and shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided accordingly.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Leakgear ships only within the United States.
We’re working on expanding international shipping options in the future — but for now, we do not offer shipping outside the U.S.

Leakgear sells professional-grade leak detection equipment intended for industry use. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- New and unused
- In original packaging
- Complete with all parts, accessories, manuals, and components
Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components are not eligible for return.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved in advance.
To initiate a return, please contact Leakgear customer support to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without an approved RMA will not be accepted.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as LeakGear is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued as partial refunds only, less applicable fees. Please allow up to 14 business days from receipt of the returned item for processing. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Restocking Fees
A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, including:
- Orders canceled prior to shipment
- Unopened items
- Refused deliveries
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used equipment of any kind
- Damaged kits or kits with missing components
- Training courses, instructional materials, or digital products
- Partial kit returns
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly. We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Exchanges
Leakgear does not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved, a new order must be placed separately.

Are there return shipping fees?
In most cases, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using our provided prepaid shipping label for hassle-free returns.

What is not covered under the warranty?
While our warranty is comprehensive, there are certain situations not covered. The warranty does not extend to damages caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
